Small and medium-sized organisations build a plan matched to the organisation’s circumstances and priorities, then use supporting resources to put selected actions into practice.
Local authorities provide a route for local SMEs to create practical plans and access programme-level insight and evidence through a Giki local authority programme.

2) Answer questions: About the organisation and select from relevant recommended actions to create a tailored plan.
3) Implement: Use the platform’s guides, templates and resources to start putting selected actions into practice and update progress over time.
4) Report: Keep the plan current and produce outputs that can be shared with customers, stakeholders, assessors or programme partners as appropriate.
5) Showcase: Share your work with the CFCA and other partners to further your impact and share your experience
